THE ROLE: The successful applicant will.
Answering calls, dealing with customer queries, product problems, warranty issues Plan & schedule service, repair works and warranty call outs Provide sales support or service support on documentation THE PERSON: The successful Service Coordinator will have.
Will consider anyone with customer service experience / call centre experience dealing with a high volume of calls Will consider people who have experience in trade counters or building merchants Experience within the engineering market is beneficial - particularly mechanical WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS: An opportunity to grow and progress career further THE PACKAGE: Salary €35-39k Bonus Pension 5% LOCATION: Ballyvourney in Cork.
