Service Coordinator

Description Part of your role will be to coordinate and schedule a safe working environment for all site employees, mitigate the risks, and manage Health Safety and Environmental risks associated with the business unit. You will ensure ethical behavior in line with the code of conduct and be part of an environment that allows all employees to develop and succeed.
Your Responsibilities Analyze project requirements with the Project Manager, ensuring that all essential work activities have been identified to allow the creation of a realistic project schedule.Support the Service team with all aspects such as order acknowledgment, SAP - raising purchase requisitions/orders, field service engineer scheduling, payment and invoicing, and project closure.Maintain good knowledge of standard office applications.Gather engineer timesheets and overtime and enter them into SAP.Coordinate engineer holidays.Support project managers as necessary with the preparation of customer documents.Manage and organize engineer training and PPE needs.Understand customer service principles and their effect on the business.Be responsive to customer requests.Provide clear, precise documentation to a high quality.Work between departments to increase workflows.
