Vacancy: Service Delivery Manager in DublinYou will be responsible for the successful delivery of sophisticated installation, commissioning, and maintenance services covering our full product portfolio and systems through improving efficiencies and optimizing processes to aid improved ways of service delivery through effective planning and control.
Location: Dublin.
This role gives you the flexibility to work a combination of office and remote 2/3 days per week.
What part will you play? Operate within a customer-focused environment including potentially responding or attending emergency call outs as the need arises.Be responsible for coordinating and leading all activities in accordance with processes and procedures agreed with the Operations team.Ability to work within a high-performing team or equally individually working under your own initiative.Utilize a mobile web-based application to log all work activities.Liaise with UK and Headquarters technical support teams as the need arises to resolve technical support issues.Make full use of the non-conformance reporting (NCR) tool ensuring all project-related NCRs are closed out in a timely manner and lessons learned are fostered back into the business.What will you bring to the role? Shown understanding and experience of supporting delivery of maintenance services, installation, testing, and commissioning of MV/LV switchgear and MV/LV balance of plant.Proficient IT user of Microsoft Office applications and preferably with experience of using a laptop or similar portable device to extract data, interrogate to fault-find, update or upload system software or component drivers.Full clean driving license.We've got quite a lot to offer.
