Service desk staff required for Dublin City.
My client is a large professional who provides a range of services and solutions. They are seeking a service desk Coordinator for immediate start to look after the Ireland and UK support of the business.
You must have customer service, call centre background or have worked in reception/front of house. This is a fast-paced role and experience is required.
Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer care to our client's customers.Create reports.Troubleshoot and create solutions.Provide flexibility for clients with requirements.Answer tickets.Respond to clients within SLA's.Requirements:Previous customer care experience within hospitality, call centre or a receptionist background.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work on own initiative and solve problems.Good team player.
