Title: Service Coordinator Location: Dundalk Salary: €50,000 Our client is a Distributor of renewable energy products, primarily heat pump systems to the residential and commercial market.
The Successful Candidate will be responsible for the following tasks : - Heat Pump Technical Support calls and call out management - Product returns and vendor invoicing - Spare parts management - Overseeing of new product vetting and introduction - Product quality assessment and vendor liaison The ideal candidate should have 2 years' experience carrying out similar work & be customer orientated.
