You will need to be an outstanding Service Department Leader who will already has achieved exceptional performance in your current role as either a Service Controller or Service Manager.
To be successful you will need to be financially astute, proactive and have a proven track record of achieving results through effective team working.
You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion.
The successful candidate will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them.
In addition, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Requirements Duties and Responsibilities include: • Managing the Service Operations ensuring that it meets all dealer and manufacturer standards, operational targets, KPI parameters and the company business plans • Implementing the standards and procedures of the group to consistently deliver high quality levels of customer satisfaction • Accurate and timely warranty submissions that comply with all manufacturer processes and policies • Ensuring a fully embedded process is in place for VHC and EVHC (Personal Video) • Ensuring workshop WIP and debt are in line with budget stipulations • Full compliance with H&S regulations, COSHH, E.P.A.
Regulations and the ISO 9002 Quality Manual For this high-profile role the successful candidate will be/have: • Currently employed as a Service Manager preferably within a main franchised dealership • A proven track record in achieving volume, profit, efficiencies and the highest levels of customer service standards • Confident, self-motivated and disciplined in all areas of business management with strong people management, team building and motivational skills.
• Experience of automotive brands (desirable) • Computer literate and comfortable with web-based computer applications • A clean full EU / UK Driving Licence is required.
