Scheduling Manager-Dublin Our client, a leading provider of fitness equipment are looking for an experienced Scheduling Manager to join their team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will have a background in Mechanics or a strong understanding of equipment troubleshooting and excellent administration skills.

The role: Timely & accurate scheduling of service engineers Compiling Reports on parts sold and service contracts.
Management of timesheets and vehicle trackers.
Logging faults and registering warranties.
Take calls from customers for any troubleshooting on faults or issues.
Daily management of the department's email.
Liaise with the engineers to ensure all jobs are recorded and job sheets are filled out correctly.
Follow up on job sheets from engineers and order parts accordingly.
Follow up with customers regarding the Scheduled date for an engineer.
