AppleCare is the service division in Apple where we provide after sales service, repairs, warranty, and support to our customers.

AppleCare Service is looking for a highly analytical, motivated, hard-working individual with a strong planning background in a high-mix-high-volume environment.
You will be responsible for the supply planning and overall performance of one or more product lines for AppleCare.
You will act as a focal point in communication and execute product demand and supply plans to meet AppleCare's overall goals.
DescriptionResponsible for AppleCare Supply planning for the EMEIA region for one or more products or commodities.
Coordinate weekly conference calls with AMR and Asia-Pacific teams to sync on supply-demand matching regionally and globally.
Publish weekly factory forecast, ensuring deltas and gaps are clearly communicated and bridged.
Run What-if simulations to optimise material/capacity constraints while minimising the impact on customer satisfaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as finished goods planning and factory operations to ensure sufficient capacities and materials to meet supply requirements.
Optimise planning processes, execute weekly new buy and repair plans to minimise future gaps and maximise inventory turns, maintain planning system master data, and initiate Engineering Change requests based on material life cycle.
Responsible for key performance metrics such as backlog, fill rate, inventory turn, and vendor forecast accuracy.
Analyse forecasted demand and inventory, developing weekly supply plans that meet customer demands.
Results should meet AppleCare's target fill rate while minimising total inventory cost.
Analyse and resolve product backlogs and fill rates on a daily basis.
Identify problem areas and drive appropriate functional groups to correct them.
Building allocation plans for constraint products, dealing effectively with both internal customer & supplier queries, and working closely in collaboration with planning, forecasting, logistics, and warehousing.
Oversee key cross-functional projects, communicate project timelines and impacts to the team, and be the liaison between the supply planning team, other cross-functional teams, and IT project managers.
Minimum QualificationsStrong background in supply/demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain management and knowledge of ERP planning solutions.Consistent track record in delivering on operational KPIs while leading projects and initiatives.
Sense of priority and urgency to meet deadlines from different partners.High proficiency in Excel and ability to learn technical applications quickly.Experience in reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, or similar.Preferred QualificationsYou must combine a working knowledge of world-class supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities, strong leadership skills, and business savvy.Effective in communication, influencing, and negotiation in a matrix organisation including one-on-one, small and large groups, and with peers and executives.Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, with persistent attention to detail, and a high level of comfort in working with data.Experience in dealing with cross-functional collaboration to achieve outstanding customer service in a complex and fast-paced environment.Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, BIS, Computer Science, or similar relevant work experience.
