The Role We are looking for a Service Team Lead/Route Planner/Scheduler.
Hours: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm  Responsibilities: Accountable for coordinated, timely, effective and efficient scheduling of all Bottled Water Cooler activities to customers nationally and providing updates on performance levels.
Responsible for leading, engaging and managing the delivery team, adopting a one-team approach, alongside developing and growing their skills and capabilities Accountable for the delivery team accurately updating all relevant systems with key information to enable successful resolution of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs Responsible for all daily team duties being completed.
Take ownership for supporting and driving the performance within Field Operations, continuous improvement and sharing of best practices and making sure the planning team adhere to company procedures.
Responsible for providing a daily performance update to the business.
Responsible for managing internal and external queries from customers and colleagues.
