The Client and overview of the opportunity: My Client are on a well-known, Irish Housebuilder.
I am looking for a Senior Site Engineer to join them to look a mid-sized residential development in County Kildare.
These Developments include apartments, houses and duplexes.
Main Responsibilities Will Include: Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations Problem solving Setting-Out using Total Stations Creating, managing, monitoring and interpreting the design documents Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project Supervision and monitoring of ground works and civil engineering contractors Quality management and BCAR co-ordination Requirements A minimum level 8 Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management 5+ years of Civil Engineering or Senior Site Engineering for complex construction projects in Ireland Having a strong understanding of utlities companies and local authorities expectations and requirements when it comes to building Being a good communicator and having a passion for Engineering in general Excellent organisational, attention to detail and coordinating skills Full clean driving licence What's on offer?
