We are looking for an individual with consulting experience (or equivalent industry experience) in the Microsoft Collaboration space to join our growing Modern Workplace division.
This individual will have led engagements and have real-world experience in SharePoint Online Modern designs, Power Apps, Power Automate development, and Dataverse/Dynamics development.
The role requires someone who can manage multiple projects and customer engagements at the same time and be able to manage their time effectively.
You must be self-driven and able to work either in a group or on your own and have a healthy understanding of reporting structures.
Responsibilities: Understanding customer requirements and translating them to best practice solutions.Build intranets, extranets, employee engagement, and document management solutions that are security-hardened, well-structured, and user-friendly.Develop effective applications using SharePoint and Dataverse/Dynamics in combination with Power Apps and Power Automate.Migrate clients from various platforms to SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.Ensure our clients are trained to the highest of standards to reduce support overhead.Support our existing clients who use our Office 365 solutions.Requirements: At least three years of real-world experience in setting up and managing SharePoint Online platforms, Dataverse/Dynamics environment development and customizations, Power Apps, and Power Automate integration into SharePoint and Dataverse/Dynamics and Teams environments.A solid understanding of working with and setting up Microsoft tenants, SharePoint online administration, Dataverse/Dynamics environments, Teams administration, and Entra ID integration.General web design concepts and using graphics tools where needed.Experience migrating from different platforms into O365.Comfortable leading engagements with our customers.Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time.Strong analytic, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to identify, manage, and escalate issues when necessary.A healthy understanding of reporting structures.Ability to lead administrator and end-user training sessions.At Nostra, we value our people.
