Shift Maintenance Technicians, various positions in Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance sought for Data Centre Clients in Dublin North and Dublin West. Permanent Staff Positions. Salary including shift circa €65000 - 75000 plus benefits. 12-hour shifts (continental pattern).
Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building infrastructure/plant and equipment in accordance with agreed service levels.Respond to site engineering emergencies.Electrical maintenance including UPS systems, BMS operation, emergency standby generators, testing of electrical systems, feeders, transformers, switchgear, battery banks, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, and complex automatic control equipment.Mechanical maintenance including feeders, generators, fuel systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, chillers, air handling units, CRAC units, fire alarm systems, and fire suppression systems.What you need: A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic Mathematics skills. Level 6 minimum in a mechanical and/or electrical discipline.City & Guilds 236 parts 1 & 2 (or later) 17th Edition or equivalent qualification.Up-to-date skills on building management systems, ACOPs, fire and environmental control, building control, and health and safety.Experience in mission-critical facilities maintaining UPS systems, BMS operation, emergency standby generators, and testing of electrical systems.Comprehensive mechanical and electrical engineering experience, undertaking reactive and planned preventative maintenance.Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities.If you are interested in progressing with your application, please send me a detailed summary of your relevant maintenance experience in the systems outlined above to ******.
