Frank Keane Volkswagen Liffey Valley are now inviting applications for a customer-centric Showroom Host with an immediate start.
We are conveniently located in Liffey Valley and have a state-of-the-art showroom with the highest specification fit-out for our staff and customers.
Please note that this is a full-time position with normal working hours of 7.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
As a Host, you will have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all customers.
You will manage various customers at any one time and ensure each customer has a positive and enjoyable experience.
This role would be ideal for someone with a strong Customer Service background who enjoys giving exceptional experiences consistently.
About the Role Ensuring customers looking to speak with a Sales Executive are introduced to one promptly and professionally.
Offer customers refreshments and make them feel welcome Help Aftersales Department customers with their check-in for servicing.
Deliver excellent customer experience at all times Be the first point of contact for any issue or questions Help with ad hoc duties and tasks Meet and greet customers and introduce yourself as the Host Assess when to engage with customers and understand when to leave them to browse About You Previous experience in a customer service environment such as retail, hotel or hospitality front of house.
Can handle a busy workload and deliver on commitments made Understand the customer journey and deliver the best service possible Take great care and pride in your work and deliver a customer experience in keeping with Frank Keane Group Values.
Be confident with customers face-to-face and over the phone Work efficiently under pressure We do not require third-party assistance to fill this position.
