About Your New Job The practice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to support the design and delivery of projects from concept to completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet client expectations and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of construction documentation.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards.
Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and quality control.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve design and technical challenges.
Utilize advanced design software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools, to deliver precise and accurate technical drawings.
What Skills You Need Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist using Irish building codes and regulations Ability to undertake Site Inspections Multi-Unit Residential & Housing Experience advantageous Proficiency in Revit Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and planning requirements.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
