Regional Field Sales Manager - FMCG About Your New Employer A leading Distribution company who have brands in all major Retailers across Ireland is looking for a Regional Field Sales Manager to manage a Team of Field Sales Executives.
The Territory you will be covering is the Midlands along with the South East of Ireland.
About Your Regional Field Sales Manager job You will develop and manage a team of Field Sales Executives who will execute the brand plans at point of purchase in Impulse & Grocery Group outlets throughout the Midlands and South East Ireland.
Effectively lead, train, and motivate the Team to implement the Sales Strategy across specified channels and categories.
Focus KPIs on sales, distribution, planogram compliance, reporting, promotion adherence, and call coverage for the brand.
Regularly monitor and review KPI performance, providing clear feedback and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Foster continuous improvement within stores, benchmarking performance against world-class standards.
Review the Journey Plan on an ongoing basis to ensure efficient, effective, and comprehensive coverage of the territory and ensure the Field Sales Executives achieves the specified call coverage based on the agreed Journey plan every period.
Ensure that appropriate feedback is made on a regular basis to the relevant personnel to underpin continued progress towards the agreed plan Weekly meetings with Account Manager in respect of team performance, competitive activity, trade trends, etc.
Develop and maintain consistent performance within his/her teams by achieving period strategic targets, though ongoing field training, communication, motivation and quarterly assessments.
Develop and maintain consistent behaviours and performance within your team through ongoing field training, communication, motivation and periodic (Half yearly) assessment.
Recruitment and induction training Planning and conducting team meetings each month.
What Skills You Need for this Field Sales Manager job A relevant University Degree is a strong advantage At least 3 years field sales experience within FMCG Experience in building and maintaining relationships with Grocery Retailers Management experience over a Sales Team A strong communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills to be able to manage both internal and external relationships An ability to lead, motivate and influence.
A proactive manager who operates with planned long-term solutions and strategies IT literate with strong analytical, organisational and strategic skills High degrees of competency in excel and PowerPoint Whats on Offer This Job comes with a salary of 48-55k depending on experience along with Bonus, Pension Contribution, Healthcare Contribution, Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Lunch allowance, Phone and Laptop.
