Site Acquisition Consultant (Dutch)

We are working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking Site Acquisition Consultant to join their team in Dublin.
Position: Site Acquisition Specialist Location: Dublin, Ireland Work model: Hybrid after the training - 2 days a week from home, 3 days a week at the office.
The training is fully on-site.
Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Searching for suitable EV locations and identifying potential landlords Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals.
REQUIREMENTS Fluent level of Dutch and English Ability to travel throughout the country for business Sales or negotiations experience Great communication skills Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
