We are currently seeking to recruit a Site Administrator to be based on site on a project located in Athlone, Duties will include, but not be limited to: Delivering general administration office duties (as designated by the Site Supervisor) & supporting the project team - such as daily roll call, arrange inductions for new site staff, updating holiday and absence tracker and other such administrative duties as they arise. Maintain Weekly Labour Schedule. Scan and File procurement information such as PODs electronically. Communicating as the site main point of contact, with IT to resolve issues. Managing Stationery & photocopier maintenance. Electronic File Management as per company procedures. Assist with the management of Project Handovers. Record and issue of site meeting minutes as required Ensure smooth flow of information for all site staff and relevant sub-contractors Update live schedules on the server and ensure most recent copies are always available Essential Good communication skills. Ability to multitask and take initiative. Strong administrative experience is a distant advantage. Organisational skills with the ability to set priorities, complete crucial tasks on time, keep to deadlines and pay close attention to detail. Resilience to manage change and embrace new technologies. Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.
