Building a sustainable tomorrow We are recruiting for a Site Administrator to join our team in Dublin city, on a 3 month, fixed-term contract basis.
Your mission As Site Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:   •    Reporting of KPI's  •    Completing the site resource tracker each week •    General filing (on cloud) and office duties •    Soft copy file management •    Record Keeping •    Assisting managers with clerical duties •    Allocation of works via BIM 360 software •    Generating and managing statistics of site works  •    Experience of MS Excel essential   Who are we looking for?
•    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate within a multi-disciplinary site team •    At least 2 years' experience in a fast paced similar role •    Strong IT experience with Microsoft office skills and pdf software tools •    Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills •    Knowledge of BIM 360 field software is advantageous (OTJ training can be provided) •    Knowledge of snagging related to construction would be a benefit, but is not essential What's in it for you?
