About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Administrator to manage and maintain project documentation, oversee P&IDs and engineering records, and support general administration. Start date is February 2025. Responsibilities Documenting and maintaining all project documentation and circulating it to relevant project personnel.Experience in control of P&IDs and engineering documentation.Submission of documents and creating transmittals.Tracking the pending documents through weekly progress reports.Export files in the required format.Verifying weekly hours with site supervisors and updating Time Management System for payroll.General Administration Office Duties - Filing, photocopying, organising couriers, ensuring office supply stock levels are maintained, arranging office equipment maintenance (printers, etc.).Processing orders to the procurement department using ERP system (Coins).Maintaining project personnel Annual Leave tracker and working closely with the Project and Construction Management team.Candidate Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Experience with P&IDs and managing engineering documentation.Experience in updating Time Management Systems for payroll.Strong general administrative skills (e.g., filing, photocopying, organizing couriers, managing office supplies).Experience with ERP systems, preferably Coins, for order processing.Apply for this PositionFirst Name:
