Our client is seeking a Site Agent to join their team in North Dublin, working on critical water / waste-water and leakage management projects. As a key member of Ireland's leading utilities and infrastructure company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all site activities related to water and leakage projects. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. Lead site meetings and effectively communicate with all stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues promptly and ensure high-quality workmanship. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Agent role, with a focus on water / waste-water / infrastructure / leakage projects. Strong knowledge of utilities and infrastructure, particularly in water management. Proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
