Site Architect - Architecture Firm - Dublin

SSA are looking for a site architect for our client, a well-known architecture firm in Dublin.
Job Description:Develop site layouts and architectural designs for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.Conduct thorough assessments of the site to understand environmental, zoning, and regulatory constraints.Work closely with clients, engineers, landscape architects, and contractors to ensure design goals are met.Oversee the design process from initial concept to final construction, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction.Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and incorporating feedback throughout the project.What you Need:Relevant architectural degree5+ years of experience in site design and architecture, preferably in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.Proven experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.Excellent organisation and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.What's on offer:Opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and impactful projects.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional development opportunities and career growth.
