As a Site Architect, you will be based on a large Life Sciences project in Galway.
The role will be working on behalf of an architectural firm with an excellent reputation for their work on a range of projects, known for their expertise in design, master-planning, project management, and sustainability.
They serve various sectors including high-rise residential buildings, large industrial clients for office buildings and industrial extensions, as well as universities and health-care.
Your New Role As a Site Architect, you will primarily be based on-site, which is a life science project underway in the Galway region.
You can expect to be on-site roughly 4 days per week and 1 office day.
Your main responsibilities will include tracking progress, resolving technical issues, and liaising effectively with the design office at HQ to streamline processes.
You will be the primary contact for the client's site representatives, maintaining strong relationships and providing updates on progress.
Additionally, you will coordinate designs on-site with all civil, structural, and M&E engineering consultancies.
Other aspects of your role will include regulatory compliance, documentation, and quality assurance.
Job Requirements For this role, you should be a registered architect comfortable leading projects in a senior capacity.
Our client is looking for a candidate with over 10 years of experience in the Irish Construction industry, possessing strong technical and design capabilities.
You should be a problem solver with a solution-oriented approach.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD/Revit and Zutec/Procore will be beneficial.
