This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of relevant experience to take on an assessment and report-writing role, working on various refurbishment and remedial projects across Western Ireland.
In this position, you will travel to different sites, producing comprehensive reports related to refurbishment and remedial work as required.
You will also engage with contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our ongoing projects, ensuring the structural integrity and longevity of residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments of residential structures, focusing on masonry, concrete, and composite materials.
Prepare detailed reports on required refurbishment and remedial work.
Collaborate with contractors to ensure that work is delivered according to schedule and quality standards.
Provide technical advice and support during the delivery of projects.
Travel to various sites across Western Ireland (company vehicle provided).
Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to ensure project success.Key Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in the design, repair, or construction of structural works, including masonry, concrete, and composite materials.
Experience in bridge construction/maintenance is highly beneficial.
Strong report writing and assessment skills.
Ability to travel to sites across Western Ireland (company vehicle provided).
