Responsibilities Set out, level, and ensure quality control, including concrete quality through cube sampling, slump testing, etc.Check shuttering, steel, and other dimensions prior to concrete pours; maintain materials reconciliation records.Keep detailed records of all site activities, maintain a site diary, and upload materials to the DMS.Supervise directly employed and subcontractor personnel involved in various elements of the construction project.Adhere strictly to the company's health and safety, environmental, quality, and other on-site policies and procedures.RequirmentsMust possess relevant engineering qualifications with 2-3 years of experience working for a building contractor.Strong IT skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of surveying instruments and equipment.Ideal candidates are self-starters and problem solvers who thrive in team environments.Opportunities for career advancement can be expected within a relatively short timeframe for those who demonstrate these qualities.
