Site Engineer

A Main Building Contractor is seeking a Site Engineer with three years of experience for a project in Dublin. Candidates must have a proven track record of successful setting-out and extensive experience on significantly sized building projects. Responsibilities: Set out the works and ensure that foremen and operatives clearly understand the information provided Test materials as directed by your supervisor in accordance with the relevant specifications Record daily activities, relevant information, and occurrences Report on work progress, including that of subcontractors, to your manager Gain knowledge and follow the instruction of other site personnel Conduct your work in a safe manner, following all health and safety guidelines. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all personnel. Monitor and check setting out instruments and testing equipment. Maximize profit through your day-to-day actions: good self-management, accuracy in your work, elimination of re-work Attend meetings Requirements: A third level qualification in Engineering A minimum of 2 years experience as an Engineer on building projects.
