Setting out experience is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate setting out, leveling, and surveying of the site, ensuring all works are aligned with design specifications and project plansInterpret and work from drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, ensuring clarity and precision in all setting out tasksWork closely with the Site Manager and construction team to oversee the quality and progress of work, ensuring the site meets all safety and building regulationsCoordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting issues as they ariseImplement quality control procedures on-site, performing routine inspections and checks on materials, construction processes, and final worksActively promote and enforce Health & Safety practices on-site, conducting regular safety checks and ensuring risk assessments are up to dateMaintain daily records of site activities, measurements, and setting out tasks, ensuring documentation is accurate and available for project reportingKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field (preferred)Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Site Engineer, with demonstrated expertise in setting out for residential constructionProficient in setting out tools and equipment, including total stations, GPS systems, and laser levelsCompetency in construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project) and familiarity with digital project management toolsReach out to Matthew at ******, or on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/matthew-walsh-6b0823182/
