Key Responsibilities & Duties include: Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Setting out using a variety of instruments as chosen by the company Supervise and monitor subcontractors work Report progress of works to Package Manager and highlight any issues Provide technical guidance and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Quality management and BCAR co-ordination Adhere to planning, health and safety and environmental standards Weekly and monthly reporting of data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time Requirements Excellent communication and relationship building skills Full clean, manual driver's licence is essential Strong IT skills and ability to translate technical details to a non-technical audience Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
