Identify and resolve any issues or challenges during construction.
Provide regular updates on project progress to the team and clients.
Prepare detailed progress reports for clients and internal management.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Site Manager.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively prioritise, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
