The Role Responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations on construction sites. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in civil engineering principles.

Role Requirements Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and standards. Monitor and inspect work to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct site surveys, establish site levels, and set out the works according to design drawings. Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports. Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Assist in monitoring project costs and ensuring work is completed within budget. Oversee the use and maintenance of site equipment and materials. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites. Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a site engineering role, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. A full, clean driving license is essential.
