Day to day: Reading, interpretation and providing clear communication of construction drawings.
Setting out is accurate, providing precise lines, levels, and reference points on site.
Influencing the progress on sites and ensuring programme deadlines are met.
Developing effective relationships and dealing with clients and subcontractors.
SHEQ aspects of the work are adhered to during project.
Maintain the Management System, policies and procedures.
Essential Criteria: Degree educated in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering and Management.
3+ years of experience as a Site Engineer with experience in Residential Builds.
Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry.
Competent in the use of survey equipment and AutoCAD.
Numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
A full, valid driving licence and relevant site cards.
