Site Foreman Residential Developer – Cork
AA Euro Group has partnered with one of Cork's leading building developers to recruit an experienced Site Foreman for a project in the Cork City area.

Key Responsibilities Site Leadership: Take full ownership of on-site management, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.Project Coordination: Attend and actively participate in all on-site meetings.Drive the project towards successful completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Health & Safety Compliance: Implement and uphold all site-specific health and safety procedures, fostering a safe working environment for all personnel.Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate sub-contractors to ensure efficient workflow.Provide strong leadership and motivation to on-site teams to achieve project objectives.Quality Assurance: Maintain and guarantee a high standard of workmanship, meeting or exceeding client expectations.Progress Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports, identifying challenges and providing solutions to ensure seamless project delivery.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.Proven ability to manage and coordinate sub-contractors effectively.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and motivational abilities to guide diverse teams.Proficiency in preparing and delivering detailed project progress reports.Qualifications: A relevant Trade Qualification or Construction-related qualification is essential.Why Join This Team?
