Site Foreperson

Our client, one of Ireland's tier 1 building contractors, require an experienced Site Foreperson to join the construction team on a pharmaceutical project in Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience working as a Foreperson with some pharmaceutical experience. This role primarily concerns driving on the work taking place on site with less emphasis on paperwork.
Your duties will include: Organising the various professional people working on a projectMaking sure that all the aims of the project are metMonitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintainedAgreeing programme and delivering the project in accordance with sameMaking sure the project is running in accordance to the programme and on budgetEnsuring an efficient construction siteDelivering projects with the highest qualityWorking with the Health & Safety Department to ensure safe construction at all timesRequirements: The successful Foreperson will have at least 4 years' supervisory experienceMust be able to manage a large team.Ensure that the project progresses on schedule.A strong remuneration package is available for the successful candidate.
