Site Foreperson

Our client, one of Ireland's tier 1 building contractors, require an experienced Site Foreperson to join the construction team on a construction project in Ballysimon, Co. Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience working as a Foreperson with some pharmaceutical experience ideally. This role primarily consists of internal work from 1st fix phase onwards.
Your duties will include: Organising the various professional people working on a projectMaking sure that all the aims of the project are metMonitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintainedAgreeing programme and delivering the project in accordance with sameMaking sure the project is running in accordance to the programme and on budgetEnsuring an efficient construction siteDelivering projects with the highest qualityWorking with the Health & Safety Department to ensure safe construction at all timesRequirements: The successful Foreperson will have at least 4 years' supervisory experienceMust be able to manage a team.Previous pharma experience would be beneficial but not essential.A strong remuneration package is available for the successful candidate.
