Our valuable client in the Manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced On-Site Installation Manager to lead the seamless installation of modular structures at various project sites.
In this role, you will manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to facilitate successful on-site installation of modular structures.
• On-Site Coordination: Lead on-site installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors, coordinating their activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of project milestones.
• Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure installations meet company's standards and regulatory requirements.
• Health and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of health and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during on-site installation, providing regular updates on progress and addressing concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
• Resource Management: Manage on-site resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimise productivity and minimise wastage.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to on-site activities, developing proactive mitigation strategies to minimise their impact on project delivery.
• Budget Control: Monitor project expenditures closely, tracking costs against budgets and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including installation reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings, for record-keeping and future reference.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate on-site teams to deliver their best work, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed to ensure team cohesion and performance.
Requirements: • Previous experience as a Site Foreman or Project/Site Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate teams and stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures applicable to construction sites.
