Role Overview: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities on site.
You'll oversee project execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, on time, and within budget.
Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and safety across all aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities: * Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
* Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project objectives.
* Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained on site at all times.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Monitor progress, manage resources, and handle any on-site challenges.
* Liaise with the project management team, providing regular updates on site progress, issues, and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: * Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Site Manager role, ideally within the Irish construction industry.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Proven track record of good tenure in previous positions.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
* Ability to solve problems efficiently and make timely, informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
