Site Manager | Meath/North Dublin c.€90k+ & Car, Pension & Benefits Our client, a national main contractor who specializes in new build and refurbishment works, requires an experienced Site Manager for the construction and fit-out of various projects, including a major public building in north Co Dublin, valued at €70m.
Desired SkillsYou will have relevant experience on similar projects.Ability to manage large concrete frame works supervising Tier 1 subcontractors utilizing 'slipform' techniques.Proven track record of delivering projects to the highest quality with an emphasis on safe and efficient construction.You will have a technical and/or trade background; previous experience on hotel/residential projects is a distinct advantage.This is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier-1 main contractor with a busy order book for the foreseeable future.You must have a genuine interest in working and living in the greater Dublin area.Interviews will be held in Ireland and the UK.
