Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in hands-on site work, preferably with a trade qualification in carpentry.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a significant project in the Blackpool area, which will involve the construction of 100 modern apartments.
We are looking for a candidate who brings both technical expertise and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the build.Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:Coordinate and supervise the construction of a commercial projectTo represent the company on-site and serve as a liaison between the business and the client.Ensure the quality of the work is up to standards, is completed on schedule, and is within budget.Management of the supply chain's purchasing and on-site delivery proceduresEnsure works are carried out to the required quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards, in full compliance with the planning permission and building regulationsDay-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of the subcontractorsExperience required for this Site Manager role:A relevant degree construction managementMinimum 3 years' previous experience managing residential projects in Ireland or the UKBuilding industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.Ability to work on own initiativeStrong team building skillsSalary for this Site Manager role is between €75,000 - €85,000 DOE(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
