Job DescriptionOur client is a design & build construction contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager for residential development construction projects based in Dublin center.Reporting to a Project Manager, the site manager will be responsible for the daily supervision of the construction on siteAbility to deliver project on time Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general informationSupervision of the construction on siteMaintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activitiesSupport the project manager in delivering the project to the highest of quality & completed on time, within the budgetTo carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and clientManage and motivate site teamsManage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on siteEnsure work is carried out to the highest of standardsConduct Risk AssessmentsEnsure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basisEnsuring that end product meets client's expectation in relation to build and finishReporting to the Contracts ManagerAll Health & Safety and other regulatory mattersRequirementsHold relevant construction/engineering qualificationMain contracting experiencePrevious experience working on residential construction projectsAbility to work on own initiativeSelf-motivated and hard workerStrong team building skillsAnalytical and decision-making skillsTechnical and practical knowledge of the building industry importantExcellent written and oral presentation skillsPackageSalary €65k - €75k Negotiable dependant on experience, vehicle and pension
