Responsibilities:As the Site Manager of their new multi-phase development over several years, you will have full responsibility for construction and management of the site ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.Ideally, the Site Manager will have previous experience on similar projects, being responsible for all activities / sub-contract packages in relation to time, cost, and quality. Initial phase of 300 units with further developments on the same site over several years.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the Project Director with a genuine market leading company.This is a multi-phase & multi-year residential development delivering 1000's of units over its lifespan.
