Site Manager - Fitout

Vickerstock is proud to be partnering with a well know Fitout company to recruit a Site Manger for a short term project in Kildare.Our client, a leading fit-out company based in Kildare, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Manager (Finishing) for a 9-week contract starting at the end of this month.Role Overview: As a Site Foreman/Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of fit-out projects to the highest standards.
You will manage site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure that all work is completed on time and to specification.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day site activities and manage a team to ensure project deadlines are met.Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications and quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and timesheets.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Finishing Foreman in the fit-out industry.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Flexibility to start at the end of the month and commit to the 9-week contract.What We Offer:Competitive daily rate of €350 - €450.Accommodation provided for the duration of the contract.To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Ruairi McCann, Recruitment Manager at Vickerstock 02890313720/015267473Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
