Site Manager

We have a requirement for a proven Site Manager in Dublin 8.
This is a salaried permanent position.
My residential developer client is starting an apartment project and is seeking an experienced construction professional and previous apartment block experience is a must.
Third level construction based education or trades background.
Someone with strong communication and people skills who can deliver a project against deadline and under pressure and someone who can bring a team along with them and a good delegator with knowledge of construction and health & safety legislation.
Project: Apartments Duration: 2 years Experience: RC Frame experience essential Salary: €75k-€85k contingent on experience plus company vehicle + Fuel card
