Overview • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Maintain detailed site diaries and manage manpower levels.
• Support project managers in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Implement Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Plan and control financial aspects of construction work.
• Requisition materials and ensure timely, specification-compliant delivery.
• Attend and organize meetings to facilitate effective communication.
Key Points • Minimum 5 years of site management experience.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Trades.
• Proven track record in completing projects from concept to completion.
• Experience working with a main contractor.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and work ethic.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• In-depth technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry.
