Job title: Fitout Site Manager – Hotel Refurbishment
Location: Dublin, Ireland

Salary: DOE (£60,000 – £70,000 per annum)
We are currently seeking an experienced Fitout Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a high-end hotel in Dublin.
This role offers the chance to work on a prestigious project, leading a team and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the fitout process, from planning to completionOversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on time and within budgetCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management teamEnsure adherence to health and safety regulationsConduct site inspections and manage quality control throughout the projectLiaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progressRequirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within the fitout or refurbishment sectorsExperience managing large-scale hotel or commercial fitoutsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple contractors and ensure tight deadlines are metKnowledge of health and safety regulationsMust be able to work in Dublin full-timeIf you are an experienced Fitout Site Manager looking for an exciting project in Dublin, we would love to hear from you!
