The rapid gentrification of Ireland is no secret, and our client is playing a pivotal part. Specialising in huge regeneration and development projects,especially in the Residential Sector.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our residential construction projects in Dublin. The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from planning to completionEnsure that construction projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standardsCoordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure efficient and timely project deliveryDevelop and maintain project schedules, budget plans, and resource allocationConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety complianceResolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction processCommunicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and local authoritiesEnsure that all construction activities align with project specifications and design requirementsPreferred Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the residential construction industryIn-depth knowledge of construction management processes, building codes, and safety regulationsStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate construction teamsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with project stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure and meet project deadlinesProficiency in project management software and toolsRelevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or related fieldPackage includes Company Vehicle, Pension and Bonus
