ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage all on-site construction activities.Maintain detailed site diaries and manage manpower levels.Support project managers in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.Implement Safety and Quality Management Systems.Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency without compromising safety or quality.Plan and control financial aspects of construction work.Requisition materials and ensure timely, specification-compliant delivery.Attend and organize meetings to facilitate effective communication.Minimum RequirementsMinimum 5 years of site management experience.Relevant qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Trades.Proven track record in completing projects from concept to completion.Experience working with a main contractor.Strong initiative, self-motivation, and work ethic.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.In-depth technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry.
