Responsibilities:As the Site Manager of their new multi-phase development over several years, you will have full responsibility for construction and management of the site ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.Be responsible for all activities/sub-contract packages in relation to time, cost, and quality.Initial phase of 30 units with further developments across Limerick and Cork.Qualifications:Previous experience on similar projects is ideal.This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with company Directors with a genuine market-leading company in the revived Dublin property scene.
