This plays a pivotal role in growing their business within Ireland, so candidates must have relevant experience within the Irish power industry.
ESSENTIAL : We are looking for candidates with strong operations experience and a strong network within the Irish Energy industry.
Dublin-based A technical background within an Operational, Engineering or technical environment.
A proven track record of managing large power projects.
Experience managing a cross-functional team Strong leadership, QSHE, and people skills.
I am able to develop stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with wider teams and functions with a customer-focused approach and great communications skills.
People leaders have the ability to motivate, coach and mentor teams at all levels.
