O'Loughlin Project Engineers Limited is currently looking to hire a Site Project Manager.

Qualifications:Level 8 Degree qualified Mechanical or Structural Engineer minimum4+ years experience minimumExperience in Project Management of Capital Projects on Industrial sites.Based on the site in LimerickMin 2-year contractCommencing immediately Duties:The successful candidate will report to the Senior OLPE Site Project ManagerResponsible for delivery of capital projects safely, on budget, and for schedulePlan, execute, and track the progress of projects through the design phases from inception to handoverLead and coordinate OLPE site engineering personnel and assign the right engineering skills to individual projectsEnsure key deliverables as per client standards are adhered toDevelop project proposals and effectively communicate to Management/Clients/StakeholdersEstablish project objectives in line with project requirements and ensure goals & timelines are achievedProvide direction and vision to the project teamEffectively communicate between the team, clients, and stakeholdersReport to OLPE management on project/schedule/cost issuesEnsure adherence to the client's quality and engineering standardsMonitor compliance with applicable practices, policies, and specificationsResponsible for each individual project budget, execution, schedule, cost control, and handoverMust have a current Irish / EU Work Permit.
