They are currently seeking Quantity Surveyors for projects in Sligo, Midlands and NationwidePreparation of standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial reportsPreparation of tender documents as required by procurement choiceAnalysis of tenders and preparing tender reports at all stages of procurementPrepare valuations and Cost Reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variationsAssist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claimsPrepare and agree final accountsRequirements3+ years' proven experience of working with a large main contractor in a QS roleBSc essential in a construction related disciplineExcellent IT skillsFirm understanding of contracts methodsExcellent communication skillsThe ideal candidate will be results driven, self-motivated and resourceful with excellent client relationship skillsPackageSalary €55k - €80k Negotiable depending on experienceThey are currently seeking Quantity Surveyors for projects in Sligo, Midlands and nationwide
