PE Global is recruiting for a Site Remediation Lead on behalf of our pharmaceutical client in Dublin. This is an initial 6-month contract role. Job Summary: We seek a highly experienced and driven Site Remediation Lead for six months to support our compounding manufacturing site in Dublin. The successful candidate will lead and manage all site remediation activities to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, industry standards, and company policies. The role requires a strong understanding of project management, operations and quality in aseptic manufacturing. Proven analytical expertise is required to identify growth opportunities, streamline inefficiencies, and resolve performance issues, contributing to our site's overall improvement and future success. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and oversee all site remediation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and performance issues – to help us shape the site better for future success. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential risks and areas requiring remediation. Develop and implement effective remediation strategies. Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all remediation activities comply with local, national, and international regulations. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the site, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Prepare and present detailed reports on remediation progress and outcomes to senior management. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all remediation activities, including risk assessments, work plans, and completed project reports. Ensure all documentation is readily available for audits and inspections. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the remediation process. Drive initiatives to enhance operations at the site. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success, including engineering, operations, quality, and customer service. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operations, quality or a related role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
